Stayed at the hotel for the first time, very convenient location, in close proximity to the airport Koltsovo, room stock standard (standard rooms, semi-suite, suite) in the rooms cleanliness and order, room equipment is decent, everything you need on vacation or on a business trip is there. There are very decent breakfasts (buffet), a lot of dishes for every taste! Dinner did not take, but when booking a room such an option is! There is a bar on the first floor, which works around the clock! Prices are above average, but it is worth it! The staff is attentive and customer-oriented. From the conditional minuses distance from the city center (all depends on the purpose of placement), maybe it is not a minus at all, the lack of stores of all sorts! In general, the impressions from the visit are positive.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great service, super clean rooms, perfect view at the airplanes taking off! Many thanks to the hotel stuff who took care of our bunny- rabbit and returned him to usneedless to say that it's super close to the airport

Currently staying at the hotel. This is my second stay and continues to be excellent. Comfortable room, spotless and clean. Tea and coffee, great shower. Superb restaurant and helpful staff. Back again soon. Particularly impressed by review responses. It’s not common that hotels respond to comments, and nice to see.

Convenience ! I had an early flight out of Koltsovo and dreaded traveling early by train, bus or taxi the 100 km to Yekaterinburg. I booked this hotel because I have seen it each time I traveled through Yekaterinburg. I booked and paid through Hotels dot com. It was very easy and the hotel staff was expecting us. I had already registered my immigration stay at a post office earlier in the week- but the reception staff said that they could register a foreigners immigration card if needed. The room was very clean- and very quite considering it is next to the airport. Everything worked in the hotel room. Very modern bathroom. The floor tiles were heated . The breakfast was good according to my wife- my flight left at 06:00 so I missed out on that.I ate dinner the night before- Pumpkin soup and pasta carbonara- they were delicious. My wife and child ate ate train station so they were not hungry - but had some desert blinis and a milkshake which they enjoyed. Prices at the restaurant are affordable- 1200 rubles for a good dinner and good service in a comfortable dinning room. We went for a walk in the evening - the neighborhood near the airport is peaceful . We attended a Vespers service at a church we saw from our hotel window ( great view from the 8th floor ). It was snowing in the morning when my flight was to leave- and I was able to walk from the hotel lobby through a corridor that connects to the airport. There is a security checkpoint as you enter the airport terminal. I never had to go outside. Very convenient and appreciated.

I was very satisfied with friendliness and helpfulness of the booking desk. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast buffet had some variety of local dishes ( where the import-replacing cheese could be dropped), the location was superb.
